Dr. Joseph Cook is the Medical Director at Lehi Hills Veterinary Hospital. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Utah Valley University.
As Medical Director, Dr. Cook oversees medical quality and hospital operations while continuing to provide patient care, perform surgeries, and mentor veterinary professionals. He is passionate about educating pet owners and helping them make informed decisions about their pets’ health and well-being.
Dr. Cook has special interests in orthopedic surgery, urgent and emergency medicine, senior pet care, and advanced fracture repair. He enjoys the challenges of complex cases and is committed to bringing high-quality veterinary care to Lehi and the surrounding communities.
Outside of work, Dr. Cook enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, exploring Utah’s outdoors, camping, fishing, and playing strategy games. He also shares his home with Sylvie, a rescued German Shepherd and Siberian Husky mix who loves outdoor adventures just as much as he does.
